Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) a question in person during the August congressional recess.<br \/>\nThe House Budget Committee chairman isn\u2019t holding any face-to-face open-to-the-public town hall meetings during the recess, but like several of his colleagues he will speak only for residents willing to open their wallets.<br \/>\nRyan, who took substantial criticism from his southeast Wisconsin constituents in April after he introduced the Republicans\u2019 budget proposal, isn\u2019t the only member of congress whose August recess town hall-style meetings are strictly pay-per-view.<br \/>\nRep. Ben Quayle (R-Ariz.) is scheduled to appear Aug. 23 at a luncheon gathering of the Arizona Republican Lawyers Association. For $35, attendees can question Quayle and enjoy a catered lunch at the Phoenix office of the Snell &#038; Wilmer law firm.<br \/>\n\u2026 ad nauseum\u2026<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/dyn.politico.com\/printstory.cfm?uuid=F0E997EA-EC57-4E4B-B174-D857948A0787\">Talk to Paul Ryan?
